EyeCare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training, and quality programs for the Patient Engagement Centers. This role partners with IT, clinics, doctors, and operations to ensure high-quality training delivery and content relevance.

The position oversees a team including quality consultants and reports on training effectiveness, leveraging data to drive program improvements and leadership development across the engagement

Qualificações

• Design and deliver training programs for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Experience with learning management systems and multiple delivery modalities.

Responsabilidades

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based content.
• Oversee quality evaluations of patient interactions and report findings for training._
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content relevance and consistency.
