EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities is seeking a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training, and quality programs for the Patient Engagement Centers. You will collaborate with IT, clinics, and operations to ensure process documentation, training delivery, and quality standards are met.

You will develop e-learning modules, coach the team, and drive ongoing leadership development while aligning resources with business needs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2+ years of Call Center training experience.
• Familiar with LMS and multiple delivery modalities.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Cantasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, training, and quality assurance for the Patient Engagement Center.
• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based training content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Identify and assess future training needs for the team.
• Produce and deliver job aids, SOPs, and other documentation as necessary.
• Oversee senior supervisor who handles quality evaluations of patient interactions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content relevancy across the org.
• Monitor training impact and report on effectiveness to leadership.
