Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager in Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and quality assurance across the Patient Engagement Centers. The role partners with IT, clinics and operations to shape culture and ensure effective training delivery.

You will design and deliver training materials, develop e-learning content, and mentor the team while maintaining alignment with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of People Leadership experience.
• 2+ years relevant experience training in a Call Center environment.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with classroom, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
• Experience with learning management systems and multiple delivery modalities.
• Experience in eLearning development and course building with authoring tools.
• Experience with instructional design project management tools; graphic design a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training and quality assurance for the Patient Engagement Center.
• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the center.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos and instructor-led content.
• Maintain training resources aligned with current processes.
• Coach and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Assess future training needs and produce job aides and SOPs.
• Oversee senior supervisors and quality consultants.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content relevancy and delivery.
• Evaluate quality data and scorecards and recommend improvements.
• Support leadership development for supervisors and operations.
