Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager for Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and development of new and existing staff across Patient Engagement Centers. You will partner with IT, clinics and operations to ensure training materials stay current and effective.

You will oversee QA for patient interactions, guide the learning team, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery and documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based training content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Oversee senior supervisor for quality evaluations of patient interactions.
• Support ongoing development of Patient Engagement Center employees.
• Evaluate quality data and scorecards and recommend improvements.
