Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr. Training Program Manager on a remote 1099 contract to lead large-scale customer training programs and drive operational excellence. You will serve as the primary customer contact for enterprise training, develop global plans, monitor performance, and own program success.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, make curriculum recommendations, track metrics, and identify process improvements to maximize training consumption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years in customer success, engagement management, or program management; or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for enterprise training programs.
• Develop and implement plans for global teams and schedules to fulfill contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor technical, cost, and schedule performance and program utilization to meet objectives.
