Job summary

CSC Generation Enterprise is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our Training team in Mexico and support employees across multiple brands. You will create, deliver, and maintain training programs to improve performance, product knowledge, customer experience, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role focused on teaching complex information clearly and coaching employees. You will lead virtual instructor‑led training, adapt to different learners, and develop engaging content using AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in training
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication
• Ability to independently lead virtual instructor-led sessions
• Experience creating training materials and decks
• Experience with PowerPoint and LMS tools

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain training programs for new hires and existing employees
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions across channels (phone, chat, email, SMS)
• Create and maintain training materials (PowerPoint decks, manuals, videos, LMS modules)
• Translate complex systems into clear learning content
• Provide coaching and feedback to address skill gaps
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep training relevant
