Cloud Range is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth, proactive journey from onboarding to renewal. You will build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Training teams to meet goals and drive growth.

In this remote, full-time role, you’ll help customers achieve cyber readiness—aligning with their objectives and delivering measurable value while contributing to retention and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, sales/account management, customer management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively across varied technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust.
• Serve as main point of contact, guiding customers to maximize value from Cloud Range solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Training, and Support to meet customer needs and drive renewals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and advocate for customer needs internally.
