Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Design: Design, develop, and own the national training curriculum and strategic roadmap for Health Systems.
• Leadership and Influence: Advise Health Systems leadership translating business goals into training strategies.
• Performance Analytics and Impact Measurement: Develop metrics to measure training impact on productivity, CSAT, and ROI.
• Development Gaps: Conduct needs analyses with commercial leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Advanced Curriculum Development: Create and modernize training content using blended learning approaches.
• Field Coaching Excellence: Oversee national field coaching and assessments and synthesize findings for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as SME on hospital customer experience, coordinating with IT, Operations, and Customer Solutions.
• Innovation in Learning: Pilot and scale cutting-edge training methods and technologies.
• Accountabilities/Metrics: Track CSAT, reps trained, time to productivity, and ROI.
