Home Franchise Concepts, LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Training to lead the Shared Services Training team. You will oversee learning solutions that support multiple franchise brands and align training with business and brand goals.

You will coach professionals, manage complex projects, and ensure timely delivery of instructional design, course development, and training delivery across the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning and development, training, instructional design, or related field.
• 5+ years leading a training or instructional design team.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and learning program development.
• Experience in a franchise, multi-brand, or field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Shared Services Training team across multiple franchise brands.
• Translate business needs into scalable learning strategies, project plans, and deliverables.
• Manage a portfolio of training projects from intake to launch and evaluation.
• Coach and develop a team of training, instructional design, and facilitation professionals.
• Oversee LMS use, course design tools, and e-learning materials to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Partner with senior leaders and operations to align training with business objectives.
