Job summary

Honor seeks a Network Learning & Development Lead to design, build, and manage training programs for a nationwide franchise network. You will own the end-to-end learning lifecycle, collaborating with SMEs to create high-quality content, training materials, and facilitator guides, while ensuring effective rollout and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to build training efficiently and manage production timelines.
• Own learning strategy for NIO initiatives across pilots, rollouts, and changes.
• Develop onboarding materials, educational modules, guides, and facilitator resources.
• Deliver live trainings (virtual or in-person) and certify trainers when needed.
• Manage LMS presence, content lifecycle, and platform vendor relationships.
• Measure training effectiveness, adoption, and performance outcomes.
