Home Franchise Concepts is seeking a Senior Manager Training Operations to lead the Shared Services Training team across multiple franchise brands. The role partners with brand leaders to develop scalable learning solutions and align initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects, set standards, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement in instructional design and project management within a hybrid Flower Mound, TX environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, business, communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development, training, or related field.
• 5+ years leading training or instructional design team.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shared Services Training team across multiple brands.
• Translate business needs into training strategies, plans and deliverables.
• Manage portfolio of training projects from intake to launch and evaluation.
• Develop team capabilities and provide coaching and professional development.
