Job summary

Primrose School Franchising Company is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver learning experiences that empower Franchise Owners and School Leadership Teams to operate and lead their schools successfully. You will collaborate with Support Center partners to create engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning solutions and maintain up-to-date training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
• 3–5 years of designing and delivering training for adults
• Experience creating learning materials from development through delivery
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training for Franchise Owners, School Leadership Teams, and staff in-person and virtually
• Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning solutions
• Maintain accurate, relevant training materials aligned with updates
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop learner-centered content
• Support onboarding for new owners, leadership development, and operational excellence initiatives
• Follow Training & Development processes and quality standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Conduct onsite training visits and travel regionally/nationally as needed
