Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate in Training and Development for a hybrid role based at our Thousand Oaks, CA headquarters. You will support daily training operations and onboarding while leading the training associate team and coordinating with the Training and Development Manager.

You will help improve processes, standardize procedures, and run reports from LMS, Tableau, and Zoho to guide decisions. This role requires collaboration with business units and cross-functional partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in Learning and Development, Event Management, Business, Pharma/Biotech.
• Associate's degree with 6 years related experience or High school with 8 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day training operations and onboarding for new hires.
• Directly manage CW associates and coordinate with the Training and Development Manager.
• Plan and lead regular associate team meetings and address operational questions.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for new Field Training Managers on policies and procedures.
• Provide onsite support during live training events and manage logistics.
