The role partners closely with the Training and Development Manager to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement across one or more business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 2 years of directly related experience in Learning and Development, Event Management, Business, Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Industry.
• Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience in Learning and Development, Event Management, Business, Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Industry.
• High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience in Learning and Development, Event Management, Business, Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead training operations and support onboarding for new hires.
• Manage contingent workforce associates and coordinate with Training Manager.
• Plan and lead regular associate team meetings and share updates.
• Coordinate training for Field Training Managers on policies and procedures.
• Provide coverage for onboarding activities and maintain continuity.
• Lead process improvement by standardizing procedures and implementing solutions.
• Run reports from LMS, Tableau, Zoho to support operations and decisions.
• Analyze class surveys and archive training records for audits.
• Support trainers with LMS, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Assist with event logistics, calendars, and travel planning.
• Collaborate with management on calendars and special projects.
