This senior position focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions across onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and workforce capability. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of independent facilitation experience, strong instructional design skills, and experience with LMS platforms (Litmos).

Qualifications

• Experience designing or delivering training for enterprise audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms, Litmos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and delivery of learning solutions (in-person and virtual).
• Exercise independent judgment in instruction methods and content design.
• Apply adult learning theory to drive improvements in engagement, knowledge transfer, and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data and trends; identify gaps and implement enhancements.
• Facilitate high-impact sessions with executive presence across diverse audiences.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and influence training strategies.
