• Strong writing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and commercial concepts into engaging learning.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, launch readiness, field learning, and sales capability development.
• Design scalable curricula across disease-state and product lines.
• Manage cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships.
• Define learning KPIs and report on engagement and impact.
