Job summary

Home Franchise Concepts seeks a Senior Manager of Training to lead the Shared Services Training team, partnering with brand operations and training leaders to define priorities and deliverables across several franchise brands.

The role requires deep expertise in adult learning, franchising, instructional design, and project management. You will coach and develop the training staff while managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating course development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development.
• 5+ years leading a training or instructional design team.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Franchise or multi-brand background.
• Strong PM skills and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, LMS, and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shared Services Training team across multiple franchise brands.
• Partner with brand operations to identify training needs and develop scalable learning solutions.
• Translate business needs into training strategies, plans, and deliverables.
• Ensure programs support owners, staff, and brand performance goals.
• Maintain consistent training standards with brand customization.
• Serve as SME on adult learning, instructional design, and training delivery.
