Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Training Manager role, preferably in hospitality or retail.

• Strong ability to lead and mentor franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for new openings and ongoing initiatives.
• Manage pre-opening training timelines and oversee training sessions.
• Provide on-site support during soft openings and deliver training.
