This role includes travel and offers a competitive salary within the pay range of $75,600 to $85,500 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and facilitation experience, preferably in a franchise context.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with franchisees.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop action plans.
