Job summary

Coverall is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to onboard new Franchise Owners and provide strategic support to align operations with brand standards. You will educate owners on growth opportunities and lead training for core services, including floor care and on-demand offerings.

The role includes potential GM duties for local centers, including franchise sales paperwork and daily operations guidance. A franchising background and strong coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, coaching and development; franchising background preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in selling skills and territory & time management.
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound independent judgment.
• Strong ethics and values; adheres to core values in good and tough times.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, safety rules, and operation manuals.
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and be approachable under pressure.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results and persistence.
• Basic business math; comfortable with formulas and calculations.
• Must have basic computer skills including mobile tech, emails and web apps.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of FBOs and Coverall employees.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Franchise Owners using the First Year Journey program.
• Provide technical and strategic support to FBOs to align with Coverall standards.
• Educate FBOs on growth opportunities and additional services to expand their business base.
• Train employees on Coverall Core 4 processes, floor care and on-demand services.
• Act as GM in local centers when needed, including selling franchises and handling paperwork.
