Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Travel division seeks a Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and assess instructor-led programs. You will apply adult learning principles, coach learners, and adapt to varied styles while tracking progress across teams and leaders.

You will collaborate with SMEs and leadership to ensure impactful training, manage coaching, and report outcomes. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development or education-related field with 2+ years in L&D, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills to maximize learning transfer.
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of adult learning methodologies and coaching for performance improvement.
• Demonstrated project management skills across multiple initiatives.
• Professional learning environment and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training solutions aligned to Chase Travel objectives.
• Demonstrate facilitation, instruction, and classroom management to optimize learning.
• Create an active and engaged learning environment within the Training Department.
• Collaborate with teams and SMEs to ensure training aligns with needs and drives action.
• Coach and motivate employees, providing developmental feedback during new hire and recurrent training.
• Administer knowledge checks and report participant performance to leadership.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure trainees receive coaching throughout programs.
• Identify workflow changes that require new or revised training.
• Perform other duties within scope of responsibilities.
