Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Travel division is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to drive instructor-led solutions that support business objectives. The role emphasizes adult learning, coaching, and adapting to diverse learning styles to deliver consistent outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and subject matter experts, manage training for new hires, and provide coaching and progress reporting to ensure high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or education-related field and 2+ years in L&D, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to transfer knowledge.
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
• Experience with multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training solutions aligned with business goals.
• Deliver engaging, learner-centered sessions across teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design effective training materials.
• Coach new hires and provide developmental feedback.
• Administer knowledge checks and report learner progress.
• Monitor training impact and adjust programs as needed.
