Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union invites applications for a training specialist to implement and facilitate learning programs across assigned areas. You will collaborate with instructional designers, test materials, and lead sessions, while tracking outcomes and recommending improvements.

Travel may be required; hybrid/evening/weekend work could occur. You will liaise with product owners and operations to keep initiatives aligned with business goals and provide ongoing support to branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training experience preferred.
• Experience in classroom instruction or facilitation required.
• Familiarity with Navy Federal products, services, and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to design courses and curricula.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Create reference tools and training content.
• Deliver training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage training programs and materials.
• Track participation, assessments, and workshops via NFLC.
