Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Change Management leader to drive enterprise change programs. You will advise executives, shape governance, and deliver strategies that align with digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role requires leading complex programs, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and building organizational capability for large-scale adoption. On-site positions at multiple U.S. locations are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management or related field.
• Subject matter expert within business area with understanding of interrelationships of disciplines.
• Organizational design and transformation experience.
• Change portfolio management and governance experience.
• Executive coaching and capability building experience.
• Experience with global change programs and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise change strategy and governance.
• Advise executives on change leadership.
• Represent change management in strategic planning forums.
• Evaluate and improve enterprise-wide change capability maturity assessments.
• Integrate change strategy with digital transformation roadmaps.
• Own design and delivery of change strategies.
• Lead through ambiguity and resistance, align executive stakeholders.
• Deliver Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders for skill building.
