Responsibilities

• Identify, design and assess training tools, resources, programs and policies to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with line management and task forces to identify training needs and ensure effective delivery and assessment.
• Negotiate and manage training vendor contracts and relationships; maintain training libraries and catalogs.
• Oversee budgeting, automation opportunities, and HR-related processes within the training function.
