Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Training and Development Leader to design, deliver, and evaluate enterprise-wide training programs that boost employee growth, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

You will partner with leadership and HR to standardize onboarding and ongoing development across all departments and will travel to bank locations to coach front-line teams in delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or related field required (equivalent combo considered).
• 5–7 years of professional training, learning & development experience required.
• Experience creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience developing materials for multiple departments and job functions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-wide training and development strategy.
• Design onboarding and professional development programs for employees.
• Develop customer service and experience training.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Create coaching opportunities to build confidence and skills.
• Partner with leadership and SMEs to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Maintain training materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via observations and metrics.
• Support career development, succession planning, and cross-training.
• Travel to branch locations for in-person training and coaching.
• Support system implementations, product launches, and change management through training.
• Promote continuous learning, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
