Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager to design, develop, and assess training tools, resources, and policies that support business needs and strategic plans. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality training that drives performance across the organization.

You will partner with management, analyze training needs, negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and drive automation to improve efficiency while fostering staff development and sustainable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Strong consultative, project management, analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design and assess training tools, resources, programs and policies to support business needs.
• Interface with line management and participate in task forces to identify training needs.
• Ensure effective delivery, administration and assessment of training programs.
• Negotiate and maintain vendor contracts; manage budgets.
• Develop and maintain training resources library and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Plan and control assigned organization and budget and HR functions.
