Job summary

German American Bank seeks a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, implement, and facilitate learning solutions that grow employees and leaders. This role balances instructional design with project ownership and active facilitation across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage projects from needs analysis through evaluation, develop engaging materials, and lead classroom, virtual, and blended programs for staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of corporate training, learning and development experience.
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to design effective learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills for classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Ability to manage learning projects from concept to evaluation.
• Ability to partner with leaders and SMEs to translate goals into solutions.

Responsibilities
