NBH Bank is seeking a Learning Specialist I to consult with clients across the enterprise, assess needs, and develop training resources. You will partner with subject matter experts to design instructor-led programs, e-learning, blended learning, and job aids.

You will deliver trainings, evaluate effectiveness, and manage course registrations while maintaining strong client rapport. Responsibilities include coordinating training offerings, reporting outcomes, and supporting training systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1–2 years banking or related experience preferred.
• Preferred: Associate's degree; 3–5 years banking or related experience.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to learn and expand own skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and partner with SMEs to create training programs and resources (ILT, e-learning, blended).
• Deliver and facilitate trainings; evaluate learner effectiveness (levels 1–4).
• Coordinate course registrations; communicate training information; report results; provide back-up for training and systems.
