Qualifications

• Three years of experience in training methods, materials, or related areas.
• Academic credits may count toward experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive e-learning modules, videos, animations, and graphics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and administrators to design comprehensive training.
• Navigate LMS to build courses, manage data and learning paths.
• Audit content for Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Oversee multiple development projects from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate and run web-conferencing and webinars.
• Develop tools to assess training impact and learner performance.
• Mentor the training team and share instructional design expertise.
• Lead meetings and brief leadership on training strategy and progress.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and documentation to support the mission.
