Texas Workforce Commission seeks an experienced E-Learning Training Specialist IV to design and implement digital training programs from concept through delivery in Austin. You will work with SMEs and leadership to develop formal, accessible learning experiences.

Responsibilities include managing LMS courses, auditing content for Section 508 compliance, and guiding a team of instructional designers to deliver high-impact training across the agency.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in training methods and programs or related roles.
• Academic credits may count toward experience.
• Experience designing and developing training materials for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive e-learning modules, videos, animations, and graphics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and administrators to design comprehensive programs.
• Navigate LMS to build courses, manage user data, and maintain paths and assessments.
• Audit content for 508 accessibility compliance.
• Oversee multiple development projects using project management methods.
• Coordinate web-conferencing and webinars.
• Develop tools to assess training impact and learner performance.
• Mentor training team and provide instructional design solutions.
