Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Texas workers' compensation claim handling experience.
• 4+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver staff development programs for Policyholder Services and claims staff.
• Own and support core programs including the Trainee Program and the Floater Adjuster Program.
• Administer Curriculum Design and Learning Management System tasks and department communications.
• Collaborate with PEGA, Workday, and related technologies to enhance training delivery.
• Mentor, coach, and consult with team members and leadership as needed.
