Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. You will lead onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to ensure MA learners transition to independent patient care support for Providers and staff.

In this role you’ll model best practices, track learner progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with Training and Operations leadership to improve materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training.
• Ability to track learner progress and provide developmental feedback.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; serve as backup facilitator.
• Monitor learner attendance and progress; communicate status to leadership.
• Validate competencies and identify skill gaps; provide remediation as needed.
• Support training operations, logistics, and documentation.
