Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and evaluate technical, operational, and compliance-based training programs for a highly regulated environment.

Using SAT and ADDIE, you will bridge operational needs with regulatory standards, maintain meticulous documentation, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure a qualified, safety-conscious workforce.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply SAT and ADDIE methodologies to design, develop, and update technical, safety, and qualification-based training curricula.
• Deliver instructor-led training to groups from small teams to organization-wide audiences, including virtual/hands-on formats.
• Coach junior instructors and SMEs to improve instructional quality and adult learning facilitation skills.
• Maintain precise, auditable training documentation, qualification records, and compliance files.
