Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Safety Training Specialist / Training POC to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of comprehensive safety and technical training programs, ensuring 100% compliance with DOE and OSHA standards.

You will manage LMS/EDM systems, coordinate annual block training for 400+ personnel, deliver high-hazard courses, and drive audit readiness across a large, highly regulated workforce.

Qualifications

• Safety training coordination experience in highly regulated environments.
• Strong instructor delivery and public speaking skills.
• Expertise with LMS/EDM platforms and training records management.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Ability to lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Program Administration and Compliance for 500+ personnel.
• Administer ETF/LEARN LMS; process PAFs, TPD updates, extensions, exceptions.
• Track compliance metrics; collaborate with project leadership to close gaps.
• Support internal/external assessments; maintain DOE/OSHA compliance.
• Plan Annual Block Training for 400+ personnel; coordinate with project managers.
• Deliver high-hazard safety courses (HAZWOPER/OSHA 10, Beryllium/Mercury).
• Oversee onboarding/verification; ensure regulatory compliance prior to hazardous work.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, facilities, communications for training ops.
• Conduct safety inspections and participate in incident investigations.
• Coordinate subcontractor training readiness; manage external training vendors and budgets.
• Maintain EDM records; provide executive reporting on program performance.
