Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks a Technical Training Specialist II to design, deliver, and evaluate training for high-consequence facilities under DOE and prime contractor safety requirements. You will develop curricula, instruct in classroom and field settings, and ensure readiness through JPMs and SAT processes.

Ideal candidates bring 6–9 years in technical training in dangerous industries, DOE-regulated experience, Hazwoper, Confined Space, SCBA, and strong communication, writing, and audit liaison

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with extensive training and field experience in industrial safety, emergency response, or military/law enforcement training roles.
• Active certifications in Hazwoper/Hazmat, Confined Space Entry, and SCBA instructor credentials.
• 6–9 years of experience developing and delivering technical training programs with SAT methodology.
• Experience working in DOE-regulated environments and liaising with regulatory auditors (DOE, OSHA, DOT).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical training programs following SAT processes.
• Deliver classroom and field training; act as SME for Hazwoper, Hazmat, Confined Space, and SCBA modules.
• Conduct JPMs and hands-on testing to verify competency and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-organizational and inter-agency training to support regional preparedness.
