Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical, operational, and compliance-oriented training within a highly regulated nuclear/environmental cleanup setting. You will apply SAT and ADDIE, create materials, and manage qualification programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in administration or compliance, DOE/regulatory experience, and solid LMS expertise to maintain auditable training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive administrative, coordination, or compliance experience.
• 3+ years of DOE/nuclear/regulatory experience as Training Specialist/Coordinator/POC.
• Hands-on LMS experience (LEARN) and training documentation management.
• Ability to interpret DOE policies and maintain auditable training records.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs using SAT and ADDIE.
• Create lesson plans, guides, presentations, evaluations, and multimedia learning resources.
• Conduct job/task analyses to identify performance gaps and design targeted solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led, classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
• Mentor junior instructors and coordinate cross-functional training efforts.
• Develop and refine qualification programs and maintain compliant records.
• Ensure alignment with DOE orders and safety policies; monitor program effectiveness.
