Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks aSenior Training Program Instructional Specialist to design, implement, and manage comprehensive industrial, nuclear, and health/safety training programs across the DOE complex. You will leverage field experience to deliver tailored instruction and oversee lifecycle training administration.

The role requires extensive ISD-based curriculum development, LMS administration (LEARN, Moodle), and eLearning tools (Captivate, Articulate).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Education, Engineering, Technical Education, or closely related scientific/technical discipline.
• 15 years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and managing industrial, nuclear, and health/safety training programs within the DOE, DoD, or highly regulated nuclear complexes.
• 10 years of direct hands-on or supervisory experience in nuclear facility maintenance, operations, or craft shops.
• Deep familiarity with DOE directives, OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and DOT requirements.
• Experience administering LMS databases (LEARN, Moodle) and eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate) alongside project mgmt software (Microsoft Project).
• Active or reinstatement-eligible DOE "Q" clearance (or equivalent DoD Top Secret) is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications: Environmental Restoration Waste Management Certified Instructor; affiliations with ATD/AGC; First Aid/ CPR.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Management & Administration: Maintain TIM, TRM, qualification standards and compliance tracking.
• Instructional Design & Course Development: Use ISD to conduct needs assessments, job/task analyses, and develop curricula.
• Training Delivery & Instruction: Deliver OSHA/Nuclear safety training and related programs.
• Stakeholder & Liaison Coordination: Interface with site managers, QA, safety committees, and leadership.
