Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Industrial Technical & Safety Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate high-impact safety and technical training programs in a DOE-regulated environment.

The role combines instructional design (ADDIE), classroom and field facilitation, and hands-on expertise with heavy machinery, diesel engines, pneumatics, hydraulics, and rigging; you will certify operators and manage LMS and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive safety training program experience.
• Experience in regulated DOE/DOD environments.
• Strong instructional design using ADDIE.
• Hands-on proficiency with heavy machinery and rigging.
• Experience with OSHA 30-Hour, HAZWOPER, and HAZMAT training.
• LMS administration and certification tracking.
• Proven record of 100% safety and accident-free operations.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate safety and technical training curricula.
• Deliver high-volume training to groups up to 100 learners.
• Certify operators and maintain equipment certification programs.
• Administer LMS, track certifications, and support audits.
• Drive continuous program improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Mentor junior staff and field instructional assistants.
