Job summary

Consor in Houston is seeking a Senior Traffic Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex traffic engineering and transportation operations projects across the region, from planning through construction support. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations while maintaining technical excellence.

This role requires PE licensure, a civil engineering degree, 15+ years of transportation experience, and 5+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience, plus 5+ years in project management.
• Proven ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight for complex traffic engineering projects (ITS, MOT, PS&E).
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality studies and packages on time and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business development, including proposal preparation and interviews.
