Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in trade floor support or front-office technology environments.
• Strong experience with financial systems, trading platforms, and market data feeds.
• Hands-on familiarity with market data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, scripting, desktop hardware, and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to traders and front-office users across trading systems, desktop hardware, market data platforms, and application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving trading platforms, market data feeds, network connectivity, Windows/Linux environments, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor health and performance of trading systems and escalate urgent issues to appropriate teams.
• Support a low-downtime trading floor environment with quick diagnosis and clear communication.
• Document recurring issues, create support guides, and contribute to knowledge base materials.
• Help maintain operational and regulatory standards by following escalation and documentation procedures.
