Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Trading Operations Analyst to serve as a first-line support specialist for NYSE Group live production trading platforms.

You will identify, troubleshoot, and escalate trading-related issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted market operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in a trading environment.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• FINRA Series 57 license is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time trading operational support for all NYSE Group Exchanges.
• Monitor trading activity, system performance, and electronic trading across all Exchange products.
• Execute daily checkout procedures and maintain logs of trading issues, disputes, and resolutions.
• Assist member firms with inquiries related to order types, routing behavior, and trading functionality.
• Escalate production issues with System Operations and coordinate with Technology, Product Management, and Relationship Management teams.
• Onboard users with Technology, Product Management, and Relationship Management teams.
• Coordinate with NYSE Regulation on erroneous trades and clearly erroneous rulings.
• Disseminate market status updates and operational notices in a timely manner.
• Develop expertise in proprietary trading systems and back-office tools to support client interactions.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Support post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
