Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a skilled Trade Analyst to perform a variety of trade-related functions within Global Trade Management. You will work with client teams, internal staff, and external parties to meet deliverables and support classification, import/export operations, and compliance initiatives.

The role emphasizes accurate data analysis, regulatory awareness, and collaboration across departments to optimize processes and drive client satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in trade, customs, or compliance.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze import/export data using Trade Applications to create docs and KPI reports.
• Perform HS and ECCN classification and determine FTA qualification applicability.
• Monitor changing priorities from clients and regulators.
• Interact with Livingston teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and regulators.
• Audit work for quality and compliance.
• Develop desk-side training for Trade Analysts.
• Assist manager with daily workflow and process improvements.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
