Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Analyst to join our Global Trade Management team. This fully remote role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, and post-entry activities, with day shift hours Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate will handle corrections, refunds, and regulatory issues, using Trade Applications to analyze data. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3 years of related experience.
• Required: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests, working within deadlines.
• Closely monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Analyze import/export data using Trade Applications & Software.
• Monitor changing priorities from clients, US Customs, and management.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston colleagues, clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
