Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy and execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. This role sits in the GRC organization and focuses on design, automation, and operational excellence to protect customers and data.

You will own ServiceNow TPRM workflows, optimize risk scoring, and lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Procurement, and Security to embed risk checks in vendor engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management or related security disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative/architectural experience with ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years as technical lead driving automation in risk programs.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 etc).
• Experience evaluating AI/ML in GRC/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize vendor risk workflows in ServiceNow.
• Lead automation efforts to improve TPRM efficiency and risk scoring.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and SLA tracking.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding, reassessment, offboarding).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks in vendor engagements.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
