Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to architect and execute our vendor risk program. You will own ServiceNow-based workflows, drive automation, and set technical standards to protect customers and data in a fast-paced security environment.

In this role you’ll partner with IT, Legal, Procurement, and Security to design end-to-end risk lifecycle processes, improve monitoring, and deliver measurable KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management or related risk disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years as technical lead driving automation in risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Proven project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize TPRM workflows using ServiceNow as the platform of record.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and SLA tracking.
• Develop automation within ServiceNow to reduce manual effort.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage story creation and coordinate with the development team in Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks.
