Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Third Party Risk Management to drive the strategy and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. This role sits in the GRC organization and protects our customers and data through scalable risk practices.

You will own ServiceNow TPRM workflows, lead automation initiatives, and partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks into vendor engagements. Remote-friendly, senior leadership interaction expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, or related risk disciplines.
• Hands-on admin or architectural experience with ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years as a technical lead or SME driving automation and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc).
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Proven cross-functional project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow TPRM architecture as the platform of record.
• Lead the TPRM assessment pipeline operations and SLA tracking.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort in risk processes.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle and onboarding.
• Oversee security and audit activities in collaboration with teams.
• Embed risk concerns and automated checks into vendor engagement processes.
