Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to shape strategy, architecture, and the technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem.

This role sits within the GRC organization and focuses on scalable, automated risk practices to protect customers and data. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on tooling experience with ServiceNow TPRM, strong leadership in risk programs, and a track record of delivering automation to improve efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management module.
• 3+ years as a technical lead, process architect, or SME driving automation and efficiency in risk/compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CSA CCM, ISO27001, SOC2, NIST 800-53).
• Experience evaluating/integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Experience project-managing complex technical implementations with clear scoping and timelines.
• Ability to translate technical risk concepts for business audiences and leadership.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner and technical architect for ServiceNow TPRM as the platform of record.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and SLA tracking.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in risk workflows.
• Design end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for scalable processes.
• Own story creation and liaise with development teams on sprint/epic work.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk checks into vendor engagements.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audit activities.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies and standards aligned with industry frameworks.
• Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards for program maturity.
