Zusammenfassung

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture, and execution of our vendor risk program. Sitting within the GRC organization, this role protects customers, data, and operations through rigorous, scalable risk practices.

As the technical anchor for TPRM, you will design workflows, lead automation in ServiceNow, and define technical standards for evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years as technical lead driving automation in risk/compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53).
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Proven project management of complex technical implementations.

Aufgaben

• Own ServiceNow TPRM platform configuration, architecture, and automation.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline with SLA tracking.
• Lead process improvements and Kaizen initiatives to expand automation.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle for scalable application of standards.
• Own story creation and liaise with development teams for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security engineering on risk checks.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies aligned with industry frameworks.
• Engineer KPIs and dashboards to demonstrate program maturity to leadership.
