Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. Based in a remote setting, you will own the TPRM platform, architect workflows, and lead automation initiatives to strengthen risk posture across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in TPRM/GRC, hands-on ServiceNow expertise, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, or related security disciplines.
• 3+ years as a technical lead or SME driving automation in risk/compliance.
• Strong practical understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, SOC 2, etc).
• Experience evaluating/integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the TPRM platform architecture in ServiceNow.
• Lead automation and process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Own end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage agile development for risk-related features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and Security teams to embed risk checks.
• Oversee third‑party control evaluations and audits; support audits.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies and standards aligned to frameworks.
• Build automated KPIs/dashboards to show program maturity to leadership.
